HOW IT WORKS

BioCycle The Domestic BioCycle W.W.T.S. is a single tank unit comprising of four Chambers. All waste water (black and grey) enters the Primary Treatment Chamber for the anaerobic digestion of solids. The Secondary Treatment Chamber uses Media which provides a large surface area to assist the aerobic bacterial digestion.

Displacement flow transfers the effluent from one Chamber to another throughout the System. After the aerobic digestion process, any remaining residue settles in the Clarification Chamber where the Scum and Sludge is continuously returned to the Primary Chamber for reprocessing.

On entering the fourth Chamber the treated water is disinfected by chlorination and stored until the volume is sufficient to automatically switch on the Irrigation Pump to disperse clean water to your garden area.
